1. Force of law
As soon as an order has been placed there is a a legally valid contract between the customer and DER WEG EINER FREIHEIT Official Shop which is owned and represented by

A withdrawal from this contract is only possible under certain conditions.
2. Shipping costs and times
All items are being shipped with Deutsche Post/DHL worldwide.
The customer will be displayed the exact shipping costs for the order after entering the adress at the check-out. Shipping costs include postage fees, packaging and handling.
Usually orders are being shipped once a week, however sometimes it may take up to 14 days to ship an order after it has been placed/payed. If we’re on tour it may take even more time and since the shop is run by only one person we ask for a little patience here. Please note that deliveries to foreign continents may take up to 2-4 weeks depending on your local delivery service. Feel free to contact us for further information and specific times for your country.
In case an order is returned to us because of an incorrect delivery adress provided by the customer the customer is charged the costs of a second shipment.
We accept the following advanced payment methods:
- PayPal (instant payment)
- Credit Card
- SOFORT Banking
- Bank Transfer
If bank transfer is choosen the customer will find the bank details for the payment in the confirmation mail sent right after the check-out. Advanced payment only – orders will only be shipped when we’ve received the money from the customer within 14 working days from the day the order has been placed. After this period the order will be cancelled and the items go back on sale. Please keep in mind it may take several days for the money to arrive on our bank acount depending on the customer’s bank and country.
Returns are possible on the customer’s own expense within no longer than 14 days, that means the customer has to pay for sending the item back to us and for re-shipping the new one. Returned items must be undamaged and in their original condition (CDs/LPs unopened, wrapped in plastic; apparel unworn/unwashed).
